David Addison has 22 years information systems and marketing experience and has worked with the World Wide Web since 1996. David uses his technical knowledge and business background to provide some of the highest returns on investment possible in the marketing world today. David is proficient in Visual Basic, ASP, PHP, Microsoft .NET, XHTML/CSS, SQL, Lotus/Domino and all things SEO and Pay-Per-Click. David holds an MBA from the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno and a B.S. in Finance. In additional to managing Dirigo, David serves on the Sr. Management team of Concordia Partners LLC (and several other internet marketing firms). At Concordia he manages a team of six technology professionals and several consultants and functions as the Director of Information Technology. He lives with his wife and twin children in Falmouth, Maine. David is a fill-time Dirigo Associate.

Ivan Sokolovich is an entrepreneur as well as an accomplished computer programmer. He's the best programmer we've ever seen. What he doesn't know today, he'll know tomorrow. He's fluent in Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual Studio .NET, J2EE, Perl, PHP, MS SQL, DB2, Oracle, Pascal, and Delphi. Ivan is accomplished in differential equations, matrix analysis, functional analysis and economic theory. Ivan has a BS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing his foundation course work for an MBA. He joined the Dirigo team in June 2004 and serves as our lead programmer and database administrator. In 2008 he and his wife Margarita purchased their first home in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Ivan is a full-time Dirigo Associate.

Payson Welch has been programming and designing for 12 years. He's half artist and half programmer. Payson has a strong background in video and sound production.  He is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Finalcut Pro, Soundtrack, Sound Forge, Acid Pro, and Fruity Loops.  He is strongest in C++, Fortran, JavaScript and PHP in a Linux environment.  He has been programming heavily in C# .NET since 2007. His CSS and web markup (HTML, HHTML, XML/XSLT, XUL) skills are terrific.  His loves are commercial art, artificial intelligence, robotics and sustainable living.  Payson attended the University of Maine as a Studio Art major with a minor in computer science. He joined our team in December 2007 as a Web Developer. Payson is a full-time Dirigo Associate.

Danny Bouchotte has worked in the trade for a number of years. He programs in ASP, PHP, ASP.NET and SQL. Like Payson, Danny is at home with tools like Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, Photoshop, Flash, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premier and Director. He has a Master of Science Degree in Interactive Communications from Quinnipiac University, a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia and Web Design and an Associates of Science in Internet Communications and Technologies from the New England Institute of Art. Danny joined Dirigo in September 2008. He is a full-time Dirigo Associate.

Trish Benoit joined Dirigo Design & Development, Inc. as an apprentice in September 2005. Tricia is involved in support services. Trish is a full-time Dirigo Associate.

Margarita Ofiyeva joined Dirigo Design & Development in August 2006 after graduating from a technical school. She plays a strong role in support services, project management, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, analytics, SQL administration, HTML markup and competitive intelligence. In addition, Margarita manages the Dirigo owned web properties. She also runs our email marketing and fulfillment services. Margarita is a full-time Dirigo Associate.

The Concordia team:

Doug Fitz-Randolph is an accomplished Software Developer with more than 15 years experience. His background is in call center software, logistics, telephony integration, fulfillment and database administration. Doug programs in T-SQL, SQL, VBA, ASP.NET, JavaScript, C, Crystal Reports, Genesys CTI, CCPro CTI, Cobol, DB2, CICS, and PBX/AUDIX. His work history includes On-Line Technologies, Ship-Right Solutions, Talk America and LL Bean. Doug has a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. He programs mostly in ASP and ASP.NET. Interests include old VW cars, camping and home projects. Doug is a full-time Associate.

Lisa Perry has a vast technical background. She works in Windows, UNIX, IBM (MVS/TSO, ISPF/PDF) and Sun AppServer/Glassfish. Her database experiences include Microsoft SQL, Sybase, MySQL and Lotus Domino. She programs in ASP, ASP.NET (VB & C#), PowerBuilder, C/C++, Java, LotusScript and JCL. She is proficient with Visual Studio, NetBeans, CVS, Subversion, Ant/NAnt, Cruise Control, LLBLGenPro, Log4Net and Sage ACCPAC CRM.  She has more than 10 years experience in programming. Her most recent past employment was with JobsInMe.com, the US Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency. Lisa has a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Maine as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Modern Language. Lisa is a full-time Associate.

Brian Fraser is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for .NET (MCSD.NET), Microsoft Certified Application Developer NET Track (MCAD.NET) and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Brian has been a programming for more than 11 years.  Most recently he was a Sr. Software Developer for the web solutions team at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. He was a Senior Software Developer and lead trainer at UnumProvident. Prior experiences include Sr. Programmer with Hannaford Brothers and Medaphis Physician Services Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern Maine. He was a sergeant in the Maine Army National Guard. Brian is a full-time Associate.

Ruben Layman is a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL/SQL, PHP/Perl) Developer. He administrates SLES, Mandriva, RHEL, FreeBSD and Solaris servers. He has much experience working with MS SQL, Oracle, Eclipse, Komodo DE, TOAD, Java, C and CGI. Ruben's most recent work history was as the Lead Web Programmer for Resorts Sports Network. Prior experiences include Application Development at the Children's Hospital in Boston and IS Administration at Whole Foods Market. Ruben has more than 10 years programming experience.  He has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies from Harvard University. Interests include military history, French language and photography. Ruben is a full-time Associate.

Natalie Nordstrom is a seasoned web developer and graphics artist. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Studio Art from California State University Channel Islands. She has a Series 7 Brokerage License. Prior to joining our team she worked for Automotive Legends in Malibu, California. Natalie is active in Portland's art community. Natalie is a full-time Associate.

Josh Kastelein is an accomplished programmer with more than 10 years experience. He primarily programs in ASP (VB), ASP.NET (C#), C++, XML/XLST, and Java. Prior to joining our team, Josh was the Head Programmer and Software Development Manager (lead for a 5 person team) for On-LineTechnologies - makes of commercially available Order Management and Customer Service (CRM) software for small and midsize businesses. Josh severed as Sr. Programmer from 2005-2007 and helped to develop many critical system including the MTA (mail transfer agent), ERMS (email response management system) and USER (the unified search engine reporting system). Josh's T-SQL is second to none. Josh was a full-time Associate and now works part-time.
