David Addison has 20 years of information systems and marketing experience, and has worked with the World Wide Web since 1996. David uses his technical knowledge and business background to provide some of the highest returns on investment possible in the marketing world today. David is proficient in Visual Basic, ASP, PHP, Microsoft .NET, XHTML/CSS, SQL, Lotus/Domino. His career focus has been using technology to prosper in an ever changing business landscape. Since 2003 he has sold more than $250 million in business-to-consumer goods. David holds an MBA from the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno, and a BS in Finance. In addition to managing Dirigo, David serves on the senior management team of Concordia Partners LLC and several other internet marketing firms. David leads the Dirigo Interactive unit and functions as Dirigo's Managing Partner. He lives with his wife and twin children in Falmouth, Maine. Victoria Kuhn provides end-to-end business strategy services to the smallest of clients as well as Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to joining Dirigo in 2010 she served as the Director of Marketing for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. During her 12 years at Anthem, Victoria's roles included Deputy to Plan President & Business Planner, Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst. Prior to health insurance, she spent five years in market research. Victoria listens and delivers achievable and integrated business strategies that are results-oriented to non- and for-profit business leaders. Victoria has more than 15 years experience in comprehensive business planning, acquisition and retention marketing and product launches, market segmentation, target marketing, positioning, project and program development, corporate communications, competitive intelligence and quantitative and qualitative research methods. Victoria is practiced in public health, workplace and community wellness, oral health, eating disorders, anti-tobacco, school health, physical activity and nutrition, and mobile health programs. She earned an MBA from the Craig School of Business at California State University, Fresno and has a BS in Decision Sciences (statistics). Victoria leads the Dirigo Strategy, Media & Content unit. She sits on several local community boards (Maine Medical Center, Maine Health Access Foundation, Maine Development Foundation/Leadership Maine, Piper Shores, and Community Dental). Ivan Sokolovich is an entrepreneur as well as an accomplished computer programmer. In fact, he’s the best programmer we’ve ever seen — and what he doesn’t know today, he’ll know tomorrow. He’s fluent in Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual Studio .NET, C#, J2EE, Perl, PHP, MS SQL, DB2, Oracle, Pascal, LINQ and Delphi. Ivan is also accomplished in differential equations, matrix analysis, functional analysis, and economic theory. Ivan has a BS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing coursework for an MBA. Payson Welch has been programming and designing for 12 years. He’s half artist and half programmer, and adept at both. Payson has a strong background in video and sound production, and is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Finalcut Pro, Soundtrack, Sound Forge, Acid Pro, and Fruity Loops. His forte is programming in C++, Fortran, JavaScript, and PHP in a Linux environment. He has been programming heavily in C# .NET since 2007. His CSS and web markup (HTML, HHTML, XML/XSLT, XUL) skills are terrific. His passions include commercial art, artificial intelligence, robotics, and sustainable living. Payson attended the University of Maine as a Studio Art major with a minor in computer science. He is active in Portland’s art community, where he maintains a painting studio on Congress Street. Danny Bouchotte has worked in the trade for a number of years. He programs in ASP, PHP, ASP.NET, and SQL. Like Payson, Danny is fully at home with tools like Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, Photoshop, Flash, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premier, and Director. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Interactive Communications from Quinnipiac University, a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia and Web Design, and an Associates of Science in Internet Communications and Technologies from the New England Institute of Art. Trish Benoit joined Dirigo Design & Development, Inc. in September 2005. Tricia is mostly involved in PPC management, reporting and search engine marketing. Trish is a full-time Dirigo Associate.
Margarita Ofiyeva joined Dirigo Design & Development in August 2006 after graduating from technical school. She plays a role in support services, project management, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, analytics, e-mail marketing, SQL administration, HTML markup, webmaster roles and competitive intelligence. In addition, Margarita manages the Dirigo-owned web properties, and runs our e-mail marketing and fulfillment services. Margarita is a full-time Dirigo Associate.
Stephen Crowley joined Dirigo Design & Development as a developer in January 2009 after attending University of Maine at Orono, where he majored in New Media. Stephen is well versed in video and sound production using tools like Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack and Max/MSP Jitter in experiential design. Stephen focuses on Web 2.0 — including blogs, twitter, texting, tinyurl, live content, community, unified search, and other emerging technologies. He is at home with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Visual Web Developer, ASP.NET, C#, SQL, Team Foundation Server, and a host of industry-standard HTML markup tools. Stephen is a full-time Dirigo Associate.
Raphael DiLuzio is a practicing artist and Assistant Tenured Professor of New Media (emergence of digital, computerized, or networked information and communication technologies in the later part of the 20th century) and Art at the University of Maine in Orono. As an artist he works both traditionally and digitally, exhibiting work around the world. He teaches courses in Art and New Media that explore digital video and Time-based media as it applies to installation, interactive environments, live digital performance and traditional cinematic explorations. He teaches digital poetics in Italy in a program he developed at the Academy of Belle Arts in San Martino. He is the principal investigator in the "TIME-BASED" studies initiative at his University as well as the founder of the Apple Certified Training Center in Belfast Maine. Raphael is an Apple Distinguished Educator. He has a MFA (Master of Fine Art) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Fine Art Fine Art, Drawing & Painting from California State University, Long Beach. Raphael became involved with Dirigo in the Summer of 2007 and is an owner in our VingIt LLC project. Raphael spends roughly half his time with Dirigo.
Marni Libby joined Dirigo after an 8 year run at L.L. Bean where she supported development of women’s apparel by working with product developers and designers. Her past work experiences include corporate liquidations, catalog merchandising, community relations, marketing and executive administrative. Marni has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a Minor in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine. She lives in beautiful Bath, Maine. Here at Dirigo she is involved in project management, PPC management, SEO and the editorial process. She joined Dirigo in the summer of 2009. Marni spends about half her time with Dirigo and we hope that her role grows
Dustin O’Connor joined Dirigo in the Summer of 2010 after working on several high profile iPhone/iPad Objective-C projects. Dustin is an interdisciplinary new media specialist pursing advanced coursework at University of Maine, Orono. He comes from a strong advertising, design and coding background. His passion is the study of the theoretical foundations of information/computation and of emerging techniques for implementation. Dustin is pure computer science! As early as 1991 (15 years of age), Dustin was winning design competitions at the national level. Dustin’s Web Cam Splatter painting application was recently voted one of Twitter’s top 100 creative applications. His “VJing” iPad application (e.g. the manipulation of real-time imagery through technological mediation in synchronization to music for a live audience), the brainchild of Raphael DiLuzio, was prototyped at the 2010 Mapping Festival in Geneva, Switzerland. Dustin lives in Old Town, Maine — a unique island community that sits on the edge of the Great North Woods on several islands in the Penobscot River. He is a full-time Dirigo Associate.

Doug Fitz-Randolph is an accomplished Software Developer with over 15 years’ experience. He has a background in call center software, logistics, telephony integration, fulfillment, and database administration. Doug programs in T-SQL, SQL, VBA, ASP.NET, JavaScript, C, C#, Crystal Reports, Genesys CTI, CCPro CTI, Cobol, DB2, CICS, and PBX/AUDIX; the majority of his current programming is done in C# ASP.NET. His work history includes On-Line Technologies, Ship-Right Solutions, Talk America, and LL Bean. Doug has a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. Lisa Perry has a vast technical background and more than 10 years’ experience in programming. She works in Windows, UNIX, IBM (MVS/TSO, ISPF/PDF), and Sun AppServer/Glassfish. Her database experience includes Microsoft SQL, Sybase, MySQL, and Lotus Domino. She programs in ASP, ASP.NET (VB & C#), PowerBuilder, C/C++, Java, LotusScript, and JCL. She is proficient in Visual Studio, NetBeans, CVS, Subversion, Ant/NAnt, Cruise Control, LLBLGenPro, Log4Net, and Sage ACCPAC CRM. Her recent past employment experiences include JobsInMe.com, the US Department of Agriculture, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Lisa has a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Maine, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Modern Language. Lisa is a full-time Associate.
Brian Fraser is a Microsoft-Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft-Certified Solution Developer for .NET (MCSD.NET), Microsoft-Certified Application Developer NET Track (MCAD.NET), and a Microsoft-Certified Trainer (MCT). Brian has been in programming for more than 11 years. Most recently he served as a Senior Software Developer for the web solutions team at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, and he has also served as a Senior Software Developer and Lead Trainer at UnumProvident. Additional prior work experiences include Senior Programmer at Hannaford Brothers and at Medaphis Physician Services Corporation. Ruben Layman is a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL/SQL, PHP/Perl) Developer. He administrates SLES, Mandriva, RHEL, FreeBSD, and Solaris servers. Ruben transitioned to the dark-side in 2008 (Windows, Visual Studio, C#, SQL 2008). He has extensive experience working with MS SQL, Oracle, Eclipse, Komodo DE, TOAD, Java, C, and CGI. Ruben has more than 10 years’ programming experience, and came to us from Resorts Sports Network, where he was the Lead Web Programmer.
