Developed a custom eNews/Product Bulletin Opt-In bulk mail
utility that places an invisible counter in each email so
that usage can be analyzed. Account Executives (AEs) at the
State and Regional level managed their own Opt-In lists while
Corporate Marketing and Communications Functions managed campaigns
with regional content delivered from personal AE email addresses.
Huge Success
- Changed the marketing focus in all 50 states by delivering
regional eNews & Product Bulletins from more than 50
Account Executives and Regional Directors.
- Shifted contact data from the AE level to a highly segmented
centrally controlled data warehouse.
- Increased prospect to customer conversion at an unprecedented
pace, increased new product adoption rate, and significantly
impact loan volume.
