Osteo Blast Blog
An argument you'll hear over and over again in the SEO industry is "make sure that you embed SEO into the business." The Osteo Blast Blog, launched in 2009, is fully integrated into the Web site to fuse PageRank (PR) and enhance SEO. Moreover, maintaining the application pool and session state facilitates one-to-one dynamic customization, ad rotation, click stream data capture, and more.

MyPersonal Program
My Personal Program (MyPP) is a members-only online portal designed to help members track their health progress, personalize their program, control member communication, update their account, shop, and more. MyPP is real-time integrated to the CRM. Furthermore, it supports members that transact online as well as offline. The system was designed for busy members who are accustomed to staying connected anywhere, at any time.

Health Profiles
Health assessments and profiles are tools that help Women to Women recommend solutions and more. The technology and methods used are exclusive to the brand.

Better Bones
The Better Bones Program (BB) was launched in 2009 by a cross-functional team of 30 people. In addition to adding a new silo and blog to www.womentowomen.com with more than 70 pages of original content, the www.betterbones.com website was born with approximately 240 pages of non-duplicative content. The two websites act as one using special jump-cookie technology. The BB launch necessitated a platform upgrade to the integrated xRM-style systems.

E-mail Campaigns
Our e-mail sending and reputation management system is installed on Women to Women infrastructure and is fully integrated with the CRM and analytics suite. If Women to Women can dream it, we can build it, and the e-mail system can send it. No messy API libraries—limitless ability to create rich dynamic e-mail communication. Imagine the possibilities, imagine the potential ROI. The system has sent hundreds of Women to Women e-mail templates.

The CRM
At the center of it all is a completely custom customer relationship management system. While the specifics of this system are governed by a non-disclosure agreement, let us say: the sky is the limit. We built it, worked out all of the kinks, and can make it do most anything.

We built our own analytics system, called InfoSite, before Google acquired Urchin. Interconnectivity provides a one-to-one user experience and competitive advantage.

Ticketing System
Dirigo built W2W’s ticketing system to facilitate large scale project management, communication and collaboration. The system helps W2W prioritize and document IT requests. In addition, to ticketing, W2W uses SharePoint Portals and Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
